Sydney J. Mosley (affectionately known by students as "Syd") is the elected 46th Student Member of the Board for the Prince George's County Board of Education. A high school senior at Bowie High School, Class of 2027, Syd anchors his office in absolute transparency and complete accountability to the 130,000+ PGCPS students he represents.
When he's not voting in executive chambers or coordinating advisory metrics, Syd stays creative.
Performs as a dedicated core percussionist within the high school drumline lineup.
Composes music and plays both traditional acoustic snare and electronic keyboard setups.
